We offer several domestic shipping options for our riding gear products:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Additional customs fees may apply.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your riding gear as soon as possible.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer does not apply to expedited shipping options.
Special Handling
Some of our riding gear products, such as helmets and protective gear, are fragile and may require special handling. We take extra precautions in packaging these items to ensure they arrive safely. If you have specific handling requests, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
